QUALITY · TRANSPARENCY

Known issues are published before downloads open.

A documented defect is never played down: its impact, severity, scope and closure criterion remain visible until non-regression is proven.

Category: Qualification · RC23-EVIDENCE-IMPORT-004

Five RC23 qualifications remain open

High
Status
Qualification required
Affected scope
Workstation AI · Pro Workstation · HPC Server · HPC Node · Customer Pro
Impact
All thirteen builds and freezes are reconciled, but only eight editions are technically qualified. The RC23 verdict remains NO-GO.
Workaround
Complete the remaining runtime and hardware validations without promoting FREEZE or UEFI to READY.

Current revision identities are still partial

RC23 DISTRIBUTION
Impact
The 20 August snapshot publishes five complete R1 digests separately from the historical catalog; the other current revision identities are not invented.
Workaround
Keep downloads closed and publish a new signed catalog when all thirteen current revision identities are available.

DISTRIBUTION IMAGES
Impact
The composition and obligations of each image cannot yet be published as a complete dossier.
Workaround
Keep downloads closed until the dossiers have been generated, signed and verified.
Category: Internationalization · I18N-001

RC23 internationalization coverage is limited to its proven scope

Medium
Status
Qualification required
Affected scope
INSTALLER 24/24 · OTHER EDITIONS PENDING
Impact
The Installer’s 24/24 PASS does not automatically prove the runtime of the other twelve editions or the portal’s editorial review.
Workaround
Keep separate indicators for the Installer, each ISO and the EU24 portal.
Category: Status · CUSTOMER-PRO-R3-GRAPHICS-001

Customer Pro R3: graphical boot diagnosis

High
Status
Blocked
Affected scope
CUSTOMER PRO R3 · XFCE · XORG
Impact
On the live system, CRLF line endings were confirmed in the autologin configuration and appended CR to its values. Separately, the fallback greeter emitted python3\r; its exact originating file has not been established. Neither observation proves a corrected ISO. A durable fix and a newly built ISO have not been delivered or proven; both still require clean-boot validation. Xorg stops while opening vt1 with a “permission denied” error. The Safe Graphics and GPU paths have not been validated. The proprietary NVIDIA driver is outside this test scope.
Workaround
A durable fix and a newly built ISO have not been delivered or proven; both still require clean-boot validation.
Category: Hardware validation · GPU-001

Hardware GPU runtime is not qualified

Medium
Status
Hardware pending
Affected scope
Workstation AI · GPU PROFILES
Impact
A scope-limited READY does not prove the driver, acceleration, GPU containers or a real AI workload.
Workaround
Wait for the hardware campaign and its sanitized evidence.

The multi-node HPC journey is unproven

High
Status
Hardware pending
Affected scope
HPC Server · HPC Node · HexaCluster Manager
Impact
The all-in-one cluster journey cannot yet be claimed as qualified.
Workaround
Validate provisioning, joining, distributed jobs, monitoring and recovery across multiple nodes.
